New Subscriber here… Congratulations on your channel… You have some great info for someone looking into cleaning AirBNB…I Just got approved on the Turno App. Super Excited but nervous about the app.
Thank you for subscribing and watching my videos. It means a lot and congrats on being approved. Just stay consistent with your bidding and adjust where necessary. You'll be just fine.
When you said DMV, I started to wonder where exactly. I’m also in DMV. But that Baltimore accent came out when you said, “stayed tuned.” I knew it right then, haha but great video man!! 💪🏽
I'm hooked on your video's so informative...can u recommend your brand of gloves & microfiber rags plz? Thanks Bryan...waiting on your video on how 2 get clients.
Yes, I’m actually going to release a video tomorrow going over supplies that I recommend with links to them. I did a video on how to get clients from TurnoverBnB but I’ll be sure to drop videos on how we get clients from Google and Facebook.
Thanks for commenting and welcome to the Airbnb cleaning industry! I would suggest taking laundry off-site. Waiting around just for laundry probably isn't a good use of your time. You should check out the video I posted where I talk about when you should take laundry off-site and how to charge for it. Hope this helps!
@@javeusboddie6590 okay, I'll answer both. We don't sync calendars with our client's airbnb calendar. We simply ask our clients to communicate via text or email the moment they get a booking no matter how late it is then we add it to our internal calendar. You can also ask your clients to add you as a co-host so you can see their bookings if you like. As for our software, we utilize Jobber. It really helps us stay organized. We can even invoice and collect payment from the software. You can use this link to check it out: share.getjobber.com/mQnPze2
Hi @verysuccessfulmom, sure. How much I make per day will really depend on the number of jobs I have in a day. For that day I had 3 cleans and made about $345 (two jobs at $95 and one at $155). This upcoming weekend I have 8 jobs and will make about $1.2k. Also, some days I make $0.
Hi Mia, thank you for subscribing! I actually get my shirts and other apparel done through my Dad. He has all the equipment. I can connect you if you are interested. For Airbnb cleaning, free direct messaging has been the best for us so far. We've gotten clients through FB groups, LinkedIn, referrals, Google SEO (people finding our website through a Google search). A really good referral source is getting a client that is also a Airbnb Ambassador who can refer you to new hosts in your city of service. Hosts already trust you before you even meet them. Hope this help.
In that video I cleaned a studio, 2bd 2.5ba and 1bd 1ba. I charged just under $100 for the two smaller units and a little over $150 for the 2bd. Keep in mind pricing will depend on the need for the property you’re cleaning.
you wear gloves yet not a hairnet over your big bushy beard . I would be concerned of getting a beard hair in the sheets ! one hair can bring issues from guests
A hair net isn’t needed. We’re cleaning a home, not dealing with food but we’ve never had one complaint about hair in over 300 cleans which speaks to the level of detail that comes with our services. Just have to pay attention while cleaning.

@@funwithgod6212 thank you. I really appreciate it!
Can you do this as a side hustle if you don’t own a business or you need to have a business
You can start cleaning without having a business but I've found that you can make more when you position yourself as a business with a brand.
3 in a day? You are a beast!
Haha thanks!
Impressive! Just getting started with Air BnB cleanings. It’s taking me the 4 hours at a 2bed 1.5 bath unit. mainly bc of laundry. Any tips?

What software do you use to synchronize your calendars
Are you asking about syncing your clients airbnb calendar with your own or what software we use for scheduling and staying organized?

Rugs and toilet seat covers are a no sir
Especially for air bb
Unless you wash after every client
Yes, must wash after every client but I recommend the host having two sets if they must have them.
