Hello Mimi and your viewers, just to bring to your attention and also for the purposes of sharing knowledge that this procedure is the old GCKey portal. There is a NEW portal known as the IRCC Portal which is faster and better. The old GCKey portal requires multiple steps, such as downloading, filling, validating, and re-uploading forms, whereas the new portal streamlines the process by allowing users to fill in information directly. I've personally used the new portal and it is faster and better than this one. Cheers.
