If it's like me, fall 95%+ the time in uptiered Matchmaking full of rank 10 and 9, majority strong US/Brits or Soviet AA capacity, you're lucky if you can perform 50k damage. And for all the ships in this game, you perform weaker VS an enemy with a rank higher. I mean 2 ship identical, if one is rank 9 and other 8, your ammo are much less effective. Like rocket or bomb don't pen, even on a cruiser. Full Salvo on a soviet cruiser on a flank and do 1500 damage, or bomb a carrier and do 450...

Lil Piet I usually play DDs and I haven’t had a problem. Heck, maybe I’m just bad but I rarely get more than 1 kill in CVs
