I know instantly when someone is mirroring me. I don't call them out. But I know it's fake acting going on and I have not to take them seriously and this is not actually who they are.... This quality I developed quiet early in life. I used to tell them what they think and their intent is. But I find that futil effort because narc won't accept that instead say that , " you are negative and difficult".so I don't call them out nor I take what they say as serious and true... I know it's phony so I don't believe i stead simply nod and let go. I leave such people and situations behind..

It's been a slow burn from 10 to 0. Once you know who they are you realize you literally live with 2 different people. He will lie to my face and not flinch. I on the other hand knowing it's a straight up lie think to myself WTH? It's like the Matrix and I've been red pilled. No going back now.

You just reminded me.. at the very end, I started questionning indeed what was real about what he said he liked etc ..because with his anger and I have enough type energy, he started commenting on things or people like he never did before and I was like ... what? I would've never been with you knowing those words could even come out of your mouth".... I have "forgotten" so much stuff because I think I am traumatized and when it comes back.. all my anger toward this comes too and I feel like throwing up.
hey man i have been watching ur vodeos for quite some time and what i have noticed is that i'm narcissist myself. What i want to ask is how do i manage this personality because i want to change my life in being the person that i am and what is worse its that i have been thinking that other people are narcissist but now i came to realise that I'm the one who is narcissistic based on the lies and running away from being responsible for my actions and what i have done to my relationships with other people. I need ur help
Regarding this mirroring- He and a gal at work share movie suggestions with each other, she sends him home with sticky notes of movie suggestions and he watches them even if he's seen the movie before. He told me she suggested horror flicks, he said he told her he didn't care for horror. Days later he's watching horror flicks. Does this sound like mirroring?

I believe that’s what you said in another video and it’s triggering me a little bit watching you cause I think I can kind of see it and it makes me not want to trust you except what you’re saying is true so why all the sudden do you want to help people And maybe you don’t because maybe you just feel good with all these videos .
