Greetings! First, I want to say thank you for replying to everyone, myself included, it's greatly appreciated. Second, regarding the HC-SR04, I'm giving you a link to another you-tuber, who has added an DHT-22, to make it more accurate. ua-cam.com/video/6F1B_N6LuKw/v-deo.html On a side note, I tried to use an Arduino micro as a keyboard/joystick interface to the computer. On my first attempt, I failed miserably and could not re-program it as it started sending input before it could be put back into program mode. I ended up setting up the Uno as programmer option which uses SPI, and was able to recover the board through that. I'm happy and content, now that I fixed my screw-up. So, back to screwing up and learning more. :) Have a good day.
Thank you. for your kind words - and the link too; that DHT22 is so much better and is what I replaced the DHT11 in Benny's cat run with too (mainly because the DHT11 can't go below zero, how stupid is that?) I laughed at your predicament with your Arduino constantly typing stuff before you could reprogram it, I wonder how many makers have done that. No, not me, never, honest. Oh, alright, yes me too, whilst I was creating my video switching unit! Glad you got it sorted. Lesson learned (for us both)!
I've updated the video description, Stelios, you'll find it here: www.dropbox.com/sh/5nrniyjan5cqh7y/AACzeBVCzHKeymU91kZGIYhIa?dl=0 Thanks for pointing this out!
