Introduction to the STRO Ordinance Video

The Short-term Residential Occupancy (STRO) introduction video provides an overview of the STRO ordinance. The application period for Tier 1, 2, & 3 is open. The Application period for Tier 4 has closed. It is unlawful to operate a STRO without a STRO license on or after May 1, 2023.
