Finally my favorite X fight has gotten a commision. If only X wasn't bodied into oblivion so that people would like it a bit more. But won't change my enjoyment of it. Thanks Brandon from providing such a dream... Now I gotta use this in Card Sagas Wars.

@@chriss.249 Mostly because Xenosaga cosmic level feats (that KOS-MOS scales to of course) are WAY above anything that X or anything else that X scales to have been show to do. The only way for it to be fair (I think) is to use DiVE version of X that has way more busted stuff, but then you'd have KOS-MOS access to some other stuff, etc etc.

Man I'm bummed out that my keyboard just barely works right now so I can't write a full review. Oh well, just need to keep it short. And for that I must of course mention the sheer quality of the track right away. I mean, Mega Man tracks are rarely anything short of great but this one is particularly good. It definitely has the fitting electronic and uplifting atmosphere fitting of a Mega Man track all the while still having enough energy and scale for the characters' power to be felt. And of course I simply cannot not mention the numerous references to Megamania in this track. I was wondering when Megamania would come back in a Mega Man track and it looks like we finally have a song that reuses this wonderful track. And perfectly well at that too. It manages to mix in new and unique segments while still making great use of the Megamania motifs and melodies which makes it stand out while still feeling similar in a good way. Definitely feels like a spiritual successor and I'm more than fine with that as it makes a song that I originally didn't have much expectations of, given I don't particularly care for Mega Man aside from its OST and straight up don't know Xenosaga, into something that truly feels great. Overall this is a track that I do wish I could make a more complete review on but my defective keyboard makes me suffer (it took me like 10mins just to write this short one when normally it'd take me less than 5mins) so I'll leave it at that because it still gets across my general feelings on it decently: it's a nice track that stands out fully but still makes use of a wonderful reference track to make it feel even more unique by combining new and old motifs to make a great song. Amazing job as always with this.

Kos-Mos just slits her wrists during an acid-fueled monologue about complete nonsense Terry A. Davis-style while X sits there wondering what the Hell is going on until Alia calls him and tells him to leave it alone because it must be defective.
Both were created to save humanity. Both have unlimited evolutionary potential both have vast weapons both have a blue color scheme both are androids. There’s a lot.
Xenosaga is a trilogy of JRPG's released on the PS2. They belong to the Xeno series, which is the same series Xenoblade is from. And KOS-MOS is pretty much the main character. You can see the comment above to see her similarities to X

Xenosaga is a trilogy of JRPG's released on the PS2. They belong to the Xeno series, which is the same series Xenoblade is from. And KOS-MOS is pretty much the main character. You can see the comment above to see her similarities to X
