@@krunchy1736 I’m off to see that…as sooon as this finishes😂 omg I’ve been OBSESSED with this album [vaxis 2] for like 2 mos. Can’t … stop …. Listening!
@@krunchy1736It's a shame they don't seem to plan to play that one live anytime soon. Maybe we'll get it with their next Neverender tour, but I know they haven't done it since Josh Eppard returned to the band
So awesome, thanks for filming and sharing! Now the dream is Ladders of Supremacy-->Rise, Naianasha-->Window of the Waking Mind played back-to-back-to-back.
Used Dave Parker at Detroit gig back on Good Apollo's tour. Ran into him in smoking area, and later saw him side stage, had no idea, he's low key, but amazing player.
Please tell me they close the song out the way it does on the album!? Even if it is only a track, I would feel totally left hanging if it cuts off like this live and need to prepare myself.
That crowd has the energy of a group of people going to see Metallica and having to sit through Insane Clown Posse beforehand. They're dead AF, what gives???
when I saw them on the vol. 4 neverender in pittsburgh in 2017, the crowd was just the same. ive tried sooooo hard to like this song myself but its so contrived and flat. the album is still a 10 regardless.
@@richnice1975 that song is incredible, as well as rise, naianasha; i know its a showcase of their ability, but i just dont like that song. the first part i do but i cant help it. im a very dedicated coheed fan since 2004 when i first heard them. this album is off the wall great, but im sorry. wotwm isnt for me.
@@richnice1975 I'm sure hearing it in the venue was a much better experience. I am certainly glad they chose a proggy tune from the new album at all! PS. Good footage!
@@richnice1975 Probably more intense in person. Do you remember when they came out? I have a 4hr drive tomorrow to the 6:30p show and wanted to know how much leniency I had.
@@christopherpace7291 Just got back from the concert like and they killed it. Something about being in the moment I think, and his vocals were so good, even more epic than the studio version. Blew me away.
I'm so happy to see Josh being held up on a pedestal. Kid's killing it.
Crowd reaction was absolutely insulting. They killed that
Florida is weird with concerts. They either dgaf or tear down the walls and burn everything to thr ground. There is no middle ground.
My 8 yo the other day in the car listening to this song “this song is so amazing, it’s like 10 songs in 1” I was like , he finally gets it!
To be able to pull off the "here's a simple story" act vocally while playing that riff near the end of the set is absurd
Claudio is simply amazing! You should see him play Guns of Summer live!
God damn fucking heck shit. This entire suite? LIVE? Guys we are in a new era. 2020 and all it's bullshit was worth it for this existing.

epic.... epic-er .... epic-est!
Thanks for posting this. Josh has reached a next level, absolutely unreal. This song is a masterpiece
HOLY SHIT
This one was so damn good, had a great time watching it in ATL
This is like a freaking musical! Love all its parts.
I was wondering how this would play out live but DAMN they killed it!
thank you brother!
epic song
So excited for st. louis
🥹🥹🥹 I need to see them on this got dang tour.
Omg !!
SO. FUCKING. GOOD.
Wish they'd of played this when I seen them a few days later.
They're on a neverender tour right now. No world for the waking mind.
I'm telling you TIIIIIIIIIIIIIME
I kinda wish that they would have an official keyboard player
When they did the original 4-night Neverenders, the keyboard on all the songs was positively transcendent. 100% agree.

The fact that I could've seen this if I got into the band earlier on is wild. It makes me so happy
The keyboard in this song is on a backing track correct?

@@teiwaztim1482 maybe it will grow on you. It's become one of my all time favorite Coheed songs, and I've also been a fan since '04. It's so epic.
Ok comment makes no sense
@@teiwaztim1482 if you don’t absolutely fall in love with the jig at the end of the song, you must not be human.
Jealous
Kind of underwhelming isn't it? Maybe they should play Ladders of Supremacy instead...

They probably don't like the way its sounding so they didn't put it in...
Could change..never know

100% ladders would be a better live song than this
