At 14:16 when placing the cap jewel on the balance pivot a trick of your ring light suddenly made the jewel look hollowed out. Very interesting effect. And the blued, polished screw heads add so much needed color to the watch. And I really enjoy the music on all your projects. It fits what you are currently doing in the video. An excellent video. Thank you.
Interesting thing. I hadn't noticed the hollowed effect, but when you said it, I checked the moment and indeed, the effect looks interesting :)) Thanks for the comment! It means a lot!
Thanks! The case was new, bought it a while ago from AliExpress. Had good reviews, photos from customers and I was interested in buying a black case a that time.
Excellent job and really good video. Nice to see someone lubricating the mainspring properly.

@timeonmyhandsrestoration you're very welcome.
Great job on the watch, kudos on the balance wheel fix. Was that a new case, if so where you get it?

Are you just using a torch for the screw bluing? Every time I've tried to use this method, I get uneven colors.
Torch under the brass plate. I do get uneven colors as well from time to time.
