Sir, Could you please tell me if the original documentary evidences are stolen by the accused (living in the same house in a separate room the plaintiff and defendant) from the plaintiff’s locked suitcases, but the plaintiff had submitted the copies of the documents to his lawyer, in this case how will it be managed. Evidences are true and strong from the plaintiff’s side. And the defendant is denying of stealing from the plaintiff’s suitcase.
