@@pavisfrancesca I recently bought "Everyone here is Lying" based on your review, and I've read 2 other books of Shari Lapena: "The End of Her" and "The Couple Next Door". Excited to hear your thoughts!
Hi Francesca, hope you are well and greetings again from Toronto 🇨🇦. I’ve heard you talk about BA Paris before but I’ve never checked her out. Until now! Your video has got me moving. I just checked out my local library on-line and they have many books by her, some of which I will put on hold when I’m done this. Thanks for the push!
I absolutely loved The Therapist! It was my second favorite read this year behind What Lies Between Us. I’m ready to read more BA Paris after this backlist ranking
@pavisfrancesca oh lm so jealous you get to experience them for the first time! Death of Mrs Westaway is soo good! Also did you hear behind closed doors is being made into a movie!
I've only read four of her books so far, and my top rated one was actually The Dilemma. Behind Closed Doors and The Breakdown both also got a solid 4 stars from me.
Your favourite was my least favourite, sorry. 🤣 That said, enjoyed them all. Behind Closed Doors remains a firm favourite for me, followed by The Therapist. I also often find that titles don't quite fit. To me, they name books in trends, and either occupational or family relationship titles are a huge deal in the genre. That could be why the novel was titled as it was. Great video. ❤
Would love to see a Lisa Jewell and Clare Douglas spotlight - loving these and getting loads of recommendations- Thank you! X
Definitely will do these once I've read their backlists 🤩
So far I’ve read Behind Closed Doors and really enjoyed it! Very solid ending despite not being super twisty. Will check out the others for sure ❤
Totally agree with this! Entertaining, but I am a lover of a plot twist (although that's just my preference ❤)
Please could you do a Shari Lapena author spotlight video?
Ooooh yes great author! 😍

YES! I love ALL HER BOOKS!
I can definitely do this once I've read them all 💕
Have you read anything by Ruth Ware? I borrow 3 of her books from a friend, and I just started The Turn of The Key
I haven't! She's not an author I've felt drawn to but will get to her books eventually I'm sure x
Ruth Ware is Amazing!!!
I've only read four of her books so far, and my top rated one was actually The Dilemma. Behind Closed Doors and The Breakdown both also got a solid 4 stars from me.
Ooooh interesting! I didn't hate it - it was just really different to what I was expecting 😭
I have read The Breakdown. LOVED it, 5 star read for me.
So glad you loved that one ☺️
@@pavisfrancesca it really hooked me but I did guess the twist but that did not take away my enjoyment of reading it.
