Legend Lilith's Encroaching Shadow [Dragalia Lost]

Here's my second clear of Legend Lilith, a lot cleaner than the first.
The new mechanics feel pretty straightforward. There's only a couple to figure out and they're not too tough as the cues come right before the mechanic itself, but the arrows still trips me up on occasion right now.
DPS on phase 1 is a little slow due to me using a tank comp (Xain + G!Elly) as I enjoy playing lance and Xain helps cover for mistakes on the arrow mechanic, with extra dragons erasing the Str -50% debuff you get if you fail it. Pretty flexible looking fight overall though.

Idk why it took as long as it did for this to dawn on me, but Saccharine Stun uses the shapes of the AOEs to guide you on which candy to kill first. There’s the triangles/cone attack, the 3 circles, and the 3 squares.
It’s obvious in hindsight but in case anyone was looking at it and not seeing it, that should help you remember on the fly

Flurry Str/Crit is a passive buff so it stays, sharing the cap with the HP70 = Str/Crit passives. Back when we had the Combat Log you could see it activate but now you can't see it, but it's still there.

Here’s some patterns I’ve picked up:
- For the “clockwise arrows” patterns, follow the arrows until one of them deviates from the circle (usually pointing inwards) - behind this is usually the safe spot.
- For the “two arrows in a line” pattern, the safe spot is usually at the back by the far arrow, either on the left or right side. I can’t really explain this well but this pattern feels easier to see on your own since there’s fewer angles to worry about.

AI loves to die at sticky spiners, how do I avoid that?

Walk past the cane then turn around so that your AI bunch up directly in the middle - I do this around 6:50 for example

Overdamage + Mym for water, Overdamage + SSarisse debuffs for light. Overdamage is nice on an extra heal and the 2nd SS is flexible based on your setup.

I already hated Lilith so much I auto'd for eternity to 100% all her prints and now *THIS*. This is the worst thing in the game for me. The lasers are awful, it feels so "Have these units or perish", it's just 1000% not fun for a single second but I'm a completionist so fuck me i guess

This Lilith fight feels a lot more like trial and error till you can get down the arrow mechanic well, after that it's mostly the easier Expert Lilith mechanic (no Candy Prison thankfully).
For Sweet Circle you can still tap Auto to have the mechanic done for you, but it's easy enough to watch your teammates and follow them while getting some attacks in.
For the lasers, you dodge towards where the red candy came from, though with tanky setups like this one you could probably face tank it and be okay too.

You dont really need to grind this legend frankly, you get conviction to trade in for adventure orbs not print material. Just get done for bragging right is enough

the rewards are so bad. makes me not even wanna clear it lol. not to sound greedy but, single tickets and very old conviction orbs of units we been maxed is mad lame. disappointed in this fight and the rewards cygames

wedding aoi only released last month, and those sunlight ore and testaments are just generally good. any summoning currency is also helpful even if its not much.
these are literally more useful rewards than legend agito, which was _only_ a weapon skin and like, 10 more stats. dont know why youre complaining.

@@magmangle i have wedding aoi completed, as do countless others. if ur able to easily clear legend fights like most of us, chances are, at this point in the game measly sunlight ores and single tickets aren't that useful.. they could've atleast made them tenfolds. weapon skins + stat bonuses are so much better ("even if its not much") and actually feels like you accomplished something and have something to show for, not just bragging rights.
i dont know why YOURE complaining off my complaint lmao. its a lame and rushed fight, doesn't even have a new theme. lemme express my disappointment and go on about ur day

if you completed aois spiral, it means you omnicited her. there is literally no way that you would have completely her spiral otherwise, even with the double rewards boost.
ive completed every legend agito fight other than tartarus out of laziness, but i still dont see how sunlight ore and summoning currency is less rewarding than a weapon skin for bragging rights on weapons that dont even look good 80% of the time. obviously, thats just how i feel, but i think that the benfits to these rewards this time are still not necessary, (which is the entire point of legend fights) but useful to get and also are rewarding.
when they continue to release new gala dragons (theyve literally released 3 new gala dragons in the past 3 months) and we still get seasonal ones on occasion, like marishiten, any sunlight ore is beneficial to have because ive been consistently out of sunlight stones and still have limited dragons i wish to unbind. testaments are very easy to quickly drain your stock on, so up to 5 is super helpful.
youre allowed to be disappointed that you dont have bragging rights, but i will continue to disagree with you saying that these rewards are not good.
