It is a "case of beer and a Zebco". The Zebco is an old, inexpensive brand of fishing reel and pole that lasts forever. I had one in the 70's.
I miss my busted up ZEBCO. I used to fix the reel snagging by dunking it in the lake. Counter intuitive, but it worked. Simpler times.

There are about 13 videos in the series and yes he is trying to sell his book, but there is a lot of great information there. If you don't know what the WEF is, you need to look them up. This is considered folk music. He said that he wanted to bring a 1930's Appalachia feel to his songs. His grandpa was born and lived there in the 1930's. Poor living in a dirt floor cabin with 7 siblings. He doesn't intend to sign with anyone. He is a very humble man.
You might want to check out "I want to go home" or "Virginia". Both are excellent. Another good one is "i gotta get sober".

Ok, I have been confused as well over lyercs. There is a zebco fishing rod but also a Zen koan philosophy examining the fact that we as different individuals can look through the same lenses and have a different perspective on what we see.
