As someone who is rather new to spirituality, I feel the struggle for me (Personally) is to let myself feel that I am worthy of the connection in the first place. I'm working with spirit to work through these issues. As it has been a deep-seated belief since childhood that I am not worth the energy. That it's best to sit with myself, depressed and alone than ask for help. I'm so grateful to have my eyes open to spirituality because I believe it is something I can look to, something that I can believe in, even when I don't have to strength to believe in myself. i actually did meet my guide in the physical realm and it was one of the things that changed my life, literally, he came to me in one of the worst times in my life, i was ready to give up on life there was nothing i wanted and desired more at that time than death, at that time of despair my spirit guide showed himself to me, and did to me and told me the sweetest thing that anyone ever did to me...im forever grateful for him for helping me at that time.

I'm a gemini moon too, and right now I'm cooking as I listen to this. I also often play a mindless game, grocery shop, draw, clean, etc.. while listening to videos, podcasts, or music.
Long story short, a major car accident happened to me and with me recovering, I have met and heard my spirit guide/angel (whichever it is some prefer to call it, I call it my angel since I know they’re always on the room with me). They’ve told me their name to. I’ve died 3 times in the car accident by walking across the street. That’s all imma say since I don’t feel comfortable enough telling the rest. A walk home from a bus stop at the age of 18 was basically kind of my story short with the beginning of what I said. I have met ONE of them since we all have 3-5.
I have tried talking to my guides alot of times now- but somehow I end up sabotaging my mind. I just imagine my guides without it actually being them. I feel like it is because of my impatience...

This is two years old and I’m so thankful you posted!!!! Raised southern Baptist, now just an open, happy, spiritual person…. I needed this. I still pray kinda like I was raised…only now I pray to the highest most vibrational God, my spirit guides, guardian angels, ancestors and friends who have passed on. The most intense experience I've had was almost a decade ago. I was in love, or the closest experience I've had to it, and it fell apart. I was broken for months and months. When I couldn't take it anymore, I sobbed on my bed and just begged for reassurance that he wasn't "the one", because I needed to get out from under that crushing weight. Then, I heard in my right ear a very clear "He's not", and just like that... The weight was gone. I can still feel the stillness and the relieving breath I took after that as it was all lifted off of me.
I watched your other video about a week ago. I had lost my debit card and couldn't find it anywhere. After watching that video, I asked my guides to please find my card for me and make it really obvious that it was from them. I found it today in a spot I'd looked in twice already. I was so relieved that I ran around my room yelling "Thank you!" lol
I just HAD to come back to this video to thank you so much for the advice! I know I've been protected by some guardian spirit, but I just didn't know who. On this passing new moon I lit a candle for my guardian spirit and communicate with them through the flame. (Yes all fans and drafts were taken care of first. ) my guardian revealed themselves to be my dad and I SOBBED. Long story short, my dad moved to Los Angeles when I was a baby to write a musical and unfortunately got involved in the wrong crowd and it resulted in his death. After I graduated college I moved out here to LA to pursue my artistic dreams just like him, only I'm being more careful. I'm so grateful that he's my guardian spirit, keeping an eye on me so we stay focused. Thank you so much for this video! If it weren't for your advice I would've probably never known.

My spirit guides I know are always there and they have been able to communicate to me a few times throughout my life by sending me strong feelings I can't really explain of strong intuition out of nowhere that has gotten me out of scary situations, has helped protect and prepare me for a car accident one time and has woken me urgently out of my sleep with immense fear and worry that something was wrong and I was able to save a friends life and I was able to rush out of work one morning in time to say goodbye to someone who was very important to me in my life just from a strong feeling that I just knew it was time. They are able to do this for me when it's absolutely necessary and I am so greatfull for them and to be able to receive, trust, and act on those strong feelings. ✨🙏🧡

I absolutely love what you were saying about meditation, I meditate every day sometimes twice a day. :-) Are usually do guided meditation which is great. But sometimes I do shamanic meditation which involves a drum and that’s more aligned with classic meditation. But it’s very helpful for my spiritual path.
To connect to my guides i simply "pray" or set an intention with them. It works EVERYTIME. They even showed up in my dream because i asked them to. Of course i don't expect them to. I respect them but it's nice to hear from them and have a little (or big) guidance. And it's weird but i feel like they still exist when i feel chaotic. Maybe it's because my brain reaches a state of peace Just for a second? I don't know.

Louise Kay (here on UA-cam also) talks on finding the joy in the "Still Small Voice" when you drop into Presence"-- and finding your burdens removed when you sit in that I am awareness. I think that time of sitting in awareness in prayer/intentions is very powerful and not only can you feel Presence /Source but I find my Chi tingle in my finger tips and I know it is time to pray and do pranic healing (distance healing / like reiki). I’ve been communicating with my team for a few years and I agree with everything you just said, in my case I usually hear them. The first time I was walking to work and I heard him talking right behind me, I turn around and there was no one around me, then through dreams and meditation we have become really close and then he helped me meet the others. I know this was posted over a year ago but I just watched this video this morning. A few things have happened in my life as signs that my spirit guides are showing themselves. I’ve been talking to them lately. Not even an hour after watching this I was alone in my house and my daughters clarinet tooted lightly four times!! Watching this video reminds me of when I was a kid. I was maybe 7 or 8 and I was walking home from school. As I was walking I kept thinking about how much I wanted ice-skates. I don't remember the context, or why I kept thinking about it. And then I said to myself "maybe mom will have gotten skates. I'm sure I'll come home and I'll have new skates." and guess what???? I got home and there she was, with new skates. Mom had gotten A BUNCH from a friend, all second hand, but we got to try all of them on and pick the ones we wanted. That has stuck with me my entire life. My tiny lil self manifested new ice-skates !!!!

i feel like nighttime meditation is the best for me. i’m exactly like you about how when i wake up, i want to “go go go” and if i slow down a little bit, i start slowing down too much to the point where i feel tired and not as motivated. i feel like if i meditate in the morning, that’ll just feel like i’m “slowing down” a bit in the morning. in the nighttime after i completed all of my homework and i finally have me-time, i think i’d enjoy meditation more.

I have had dreams and have connected to my guides before. When one of my good friends passed away I had a dream about 2 black clothed people in front of me and they said something along the lines of come here we need to show u something. And I went though this portal it was purple and blue like a bright star and we were going through different dimensions and they told be to be fast while going through or I can be stuck in that place. I ended up on a road in my home city where me and the friend would hang out sometimes. One of the cloaked people removed his hood and he had blond hair blue eyes like an angel the 2nd one never shows himself to me. We sat on a bench and I looked over and saw my dead friend! I was shocked and I said to him omg didn't you not die??? And he look down and said softy yeah I did and I started to cry and he looked me and said do not cry for me. I I replied to him I will always cry for u and he looked down and kinda nodded his head and I woke up right after that 😭😭🤯🤯
WOW it happened the same for me ! I'm in good vibes of joy usually, and this week boom, 3 days of great fvcking depression, and since 2 days everything has gone back to normal. I used to think my guides could 'read my mind', but I got a download once that they can best perceive what is spoken, written, or shared physically -- Something about the consciousness being a private space (of another plane), or something similar? I think they feel energy better than we do ... But physically expressing our thoughts brings that consciousness into THIS plane where they can perceive it precisely? Like, for us, understanding someone via body language vs. [honest] spoken communication! (It's just interesting to think about, especially when WE'RE unable to perceive 4D and beyond ... Maybe, if consciousness is some dimension(s) higher, they're the same as us!)

I know this was posted over a year ago but I just watched this video this morning. A few things have happened in my life as signs that my spirit guides are showing themselves. I’ve been talking to them lately. Not even an hour after watching this I was alone in my house and my daughters clarinet tooted lightly four times!! And now as I type this my candle is flickering all over across the room without a breeze. 💕💕🌟🌟

We always reuses the disposal cups especially if, I am running out. I am crazy, I even wash the foam plates to reuses about 4 times more which annoys my first daughter. I think that if I rely on disposable and create more trash this away it's just abit less.
Watching this video reminds me of when I was a kid. I was maybe 7 or 8 and I was walking home from school. As I was walking I kept thinking about how much I wanted ice-skates. I don't remember the context, or why I kept thinking about it. And then I said to myself "maybe mom will have gotten skates. I'm sure I'll come home and I'll have new skates." and guess what???? I got home and there she was, with new skates. Mom had gotten A BUNCH from a friend, all second hand, but we got to try all of them on and pick the ones we wanted. That has stuck with me my entire life. My tiny lil self manifested new ice-skates !!!!
16:42 I've had a tough week this week too, feel like I had to work out some self-toxicity. A lot of people I know have had a rough time as well. I think this is getting in preparation for good things coming though.
i feel like nighttime meditation is the best for me. i’m exactly like you about how when i wake up, i want to “go go go” and if i slow down a little bit, i start slowing down too much to the point where i feel tired and not as motivated. i feel like if i meditate in the morning, that’ll just feel like i’m “slowing down” a bit in the morning. in the nighttime after i completed all of my homework and i finally have me-time, i think i’d enjoy meditation more.

Yes. I say the same for religion all it has parts of it that are correct. I have watched dr. Oz, where he had a woman on his show that dies , and comes back to life and speaks of this . Worth looking up on u tube.

I have had dreams and have connected to my guides before. When one of my good friends passed away I had a dream about 2 black clothed people in front of me and they said something along the lines of come here we need to show u something. And I went though this portal it was purple and blue like a bright star and we were going through different dimensions and they told be to be fast while going through or I can be stuck in that place. I ended up on a road in my home city where me and the friend would hang out sometimes. One of the cloaked people removed his hood and he had blond hair blue eyes like an angel the 2nd one never shows himself to me. We sat on a bench and I looked over and saw my dead friend! I was shocked and I said to him omg didn't you not die??? And he look down and said softy yeah I did and I started to cry and he looked me and said do not cry for me. I I replied to him I will always cry for u and he looked down and kinda nodded his head and I woke up right after that 😭😭🤯🤯

WOW it happened the same for me ! I'm in good vibes of joy usually, and this week boom, 3 days of great fvcking depression, and since 2 days everything has gone back to normal. My heart feels lighter, I don't feel anger or hardfeelings anymore.

I feel like you will help me to things I need to know and understand, thank you! And I, personally thank my spirit guide for you, you're relatable and cool and I think, in some way uses you or your videos. I used to think my guides could 'read my mind', but I got a download once that they can best perceive what is spoken, written, or shared physically -- Something about the consciousness being a private space (of another plane), or something similar?
I think they feel energy better than we do ... But physically expressing our thoughts brings that consciousness into THIS plane where they can perceive it precisely?
Like, for us, understanding someone via body language vs. [honest] spoken communication!
(It's just interesting to think about, especially when WE'RE unable to perceive 4D and beyond ... Maybe, if consciousness is some dimension(s) higher, they're the same as us!)
