I spent 39 years as a commercial pilot. All my Asian layovers were great for the best street food on the planet. I'm sure you've seen plenty of the videos with hamburgers with cabbage, egg and lots of condiments. They're not shy with their condiments over there. Burgers and various types of noodles were my favorites. Street food is one of the things I miss in retirement although my shipmates still working tell me covid has changed everything for airline crews. They're not allowed outside the hotel in many cities. Guess I'm better off in the backyard with my Weber kettle. Keep 'em coming Greg.
@@marksuave25 There's Greg and George Motz. Then silence. Then pause. Then nothing. Then the rest of them. I have made more Ballistic Burgers than all of the other UA-camrs combined. Love this channel.
@@marksuave25 Sam has really been getting on my nerves. He's just not family friendly like Greg. I'm not a prude, but Sam and Max talking about "WAP?" Come on, that's just too far. My kid asked me what it meant. Never again. I'm tired of degeneracy and people going along to get along.
Would love to see more street food burgers. My favorite burgers are the classics....nice and simple. But love to change it up, experiment and try some craziness now and then, too. Cheers!
street food is one of the incredible joys that comes with travel. Not everyone is into it. Many people are scared. For me, it is the very essence of what travel and exploration is about
When I see "Korean" in a food title, I think of kimchi, gochujang sauce, and Korean BBQ. A burger incorporating elements of Korean cuisine , I think, would be an interesting project.
I mean, I certainly put kimchi on my burger from time to time. It’s actually quite delicious. Go buy some and try it out. I recommend it with cheese and a fried egg. I also recommend the softer leaves in the kimchi, not the tougher pieces.
This looks fantastic! Thank you for sharing this! I'll definitely have to try it! Also recently discovered your channel and just subscribed. Looking forward to seeing new (and old) videos now!
That looks amazing and I love the shirt! I'm addicted to watching street food videos. Especially Korean street food. They make some pretty incredible things. Have you ever done a take on Korean BBQ? I would love to see that
Greg, I’ve watched a bunch of Korean street cooking videos and many of the methods and foods look pretty amazing. Your Korean burger looks delicious! Keep em coming. Doug
Good looking burger! It's on my "to do" list😁 Y'know, we used to go to restaurants twice or three times a month. When covid came along, I decided I needed to make better use of my grill/smoker combo. Now we rarely go to restaurants anymore (even though they are open here) I found so many great recipes and ideas from channels like yours and now I make the BEST burgers, steaks, ribs, brisket, shrimp and more! I invested in some grill accessories (a griddle for the grill, a couple meat presses and a burger smashing tool) and for less than the cost of a couple nights out, I can make even better food at home.
Nice! Next in your street burger series can be the batter burger from the streets of Dublin, Ireland, or as my wife from North Dublin says, “Ba-er bourgers.
More burger videos the better ahah! I saw this onions tech on raw side few days ago, street food is very inspiring, especialy korean street food. Keep up the good work Greg. Cheers from Belgium.
Sup, definitely have to make this Friday for friends before poker, an improved onion burger 🤤, some don't like mustard or pickles so will leave off pickles and use kewpie mayo for them. Tyvm, love having a new burger to make👍
I would really like to see what the "onion side" looks like.... looks like I'm today😂 Yea, the street burger playlist would be great. Street food is it's own thing and is underappreciated.
EXCELLENT IDEA on the street burgers, brother. I know I'll watch for sure. BTW, have you guys ever put salt and pepper on your onions? Yum. A little butter with the oil, too.
The street food playlist would be an amazing idea!! Also I think we watched the same video lol. I believe you watch the video where they also make their own buns and chili for fries also right?
Street Burger/Food Truck Burger, a world of possibilities. Can't wait to see what you come up with. 😄 Greg, would you consider doing a video on the proper way of cleaning the flat top grill after each use?
Years ago in Irwindale, CA on Arrow highway, there was a burger joint that made an awesome chili burger. All it had was meat, cheese chili, pickle, and mustard. Simple and delicious. Little is more, I guess.
I think I saw one of the vids you referenced. Looks like a great burger! If I remember correctly they were serving several hundred a day and the prep was enormous! A street burger play list sounds great.
International Street Burger Festival. Since we can’t travel and experience these burgers in their countries this is the next best thing. Thanks for taking us around the world.
Another great video Greg, the real King of the Burgers. I love the idea of the "Street Food Burger Tour". All over Asia would be great of course. Mexico and Central America & Brazil I’m sure have great burgers. It would be fun to see if you could find street venders in Europe. I know Belgium has made an art of street vendors that serve french fries. Best wishes.
I'm sure Greg during the Korean war there was a lot of Americans that loved our culture and we influences the people from Korea also love what we like. Rock on with your burgers. 👍👍
Looks like a really good, simple burger. I never would have guessed the Korean influence. From the title, I expected some kind of Asian sauce. For your new series, how about "Intercontinental Ballistic Burgers"? It would kind of be a play on your nuclear burger emblem on the shirt. By the way, you need to get out fishing; the next batch of flies could be traded for one of those shirts. Cheers!
Fascinating that smashburgers are all the rage... makes sense too, though, because my own experimentation has borne out the superiority of the smash! Last week, just for validation, I did a side-by-side, "normal" 5oz patty vs. 2 2-1/2 oz patties smashed. No contest.
I love the idea of grilled onions with raw onions on the burger. The only thing that made me wince a little was the ketchup. I'll be giving this a try without the ketchup very soon.

The street burger playlist is a great idea. I’d love to see it.
Seconded. Or 285th, from the looks of it.
I also started watching street food videos and have settled into mexican taco stands.
YAAAAAASSSSSSS
upvote this people you know that's a good playlist
Making a street burger playlist is a great idea as everybody right now is binge watching these type of videos.
How the hell does your channel not have more subs? Your food and the presentation looks absolutely stunning.
He is the go-to burger guy on YT. He has the best patio, too.
@@78LedHead lol. Him and Sam The Cooking Guy are the burger masters.

I'll watch any kind of burger you make, its soothing to watch for some reason.
Looks really good, the process is interesting. Looking forward to the street burger series. Great idea!
What a great looking burger. The onions were a perfect addition. Yes, I agree with creating a street food burger playlist. Cheers, Greg! ✌️🍔
I love your videos. I would love to see an international street burger video or a playlist of them. You rock!!
I would love a playlist like that!! It really is amazing how different but the same burgers are done all over the world!!
It really is amazing!
Would love to see more street food burgers. My favorite burgers are the classics....nice and simple. But love to change it up, experiment and try some craziness now and then, too. Cheers!
Im A fan of various methods thanks for continuing to share Greg
Yes! Do not let go! Another great video Greg. Cooked and raw onion is the best combination. Love the video brother. Keep up the great work brother.

this video is a representation of the way Koreans do their 'american' style burger. it's not meant to utilize korean flavors

LOL, I been watching the same videos of Korean street food but never see anyone actually eating the food. Thanks Greg, nice video.
Hey Greg! Love the channel!
I’m curious - what cameras, editing software do you use?
Street Burger/Food Truck Burger, a world of possibilities. Can't wait to see what you come up with. 😄 Greg, would you consider doing a video on the proper way of cleaning the flat top grill after each use?
Thanks for another great video 👍. The technique resembles that of the sliders from White Manna in Hackensack NJ
Yes to the Street Burger playlist, Greg, if you would have fun doing it!

Great burger, I can't wait to fire my grill up and attempt to make this. Cheers!
Very interesting cheeseburger. I definetively love a streetfood burger series. But I would even expand it with general street food.

I watched that korean burger video a few days ago been wanting to make some since they look fire
Def do a street burger series!
I'm sure Greg during the Korean war there was a lot of Americans that loved our culture and we influences the people from Korea also love what we like. Rock on with your burgers. 👍👍
That burger looks flippin great! I might have to do a copycat of your Korean Street Burger this evening! Victoria!

Would love to see a street food burger playlist.
Thank you Michael!
Interesting cook Greg, looks good.
I am totally in on the street burger list
That’s funny I was just watching the Korea food last night and saw there cheese burgers
Globurgers (Globe + Burgers) Playlist would be awesome!
Excellent!
You could take a bulgolgi marinade and thicken it into a sauce, add green onions, and use that smash tech. Just gotta find the right cheese
I love the idea of grilled onions with raw onions on the burger. The only thing that made me wince a little was the ketchup. I'll be giving this a try without the ketchup very soon.
Brie cheese burger with mushroom, gravy and grilled onion.
Love your videos. I'm wondering ... did you ever make a version of hamburger that you didn't like? And if so, why? Cheers.
100% in support of a street burger series.
I like the idea of world street burgers. Also, I see you drink a lot of different beers. How about giving a brief description of them as you close?
yes a street food burger list would be cool and try to do some burger ideas from the middle east or africa if they have any
Play List; yup. Do it!
