    Possible hai. Once you become a clean eater.....you won't crave for highly palatable foods because you are already sorted your diet at a very early age and you are out of it. "In moderation" is not for beginners. You are already in control and sorted since many years.....so u can control with once in a while cheat days. And I don't believe that you still have cravings for such high sugary foods even now....... usually clean eaters won't go back to that much sugary or heavy oily. They might eat naturally sweet things like organic mango or some natural things. Not like how you show in your cheat days....(I don't believe u have that much craving)

      Yes she doesn’t have much craving as the body gets use to the balance healthy life. However it’s important for the body to have some process food once a week or two as it helps with metabolism to work faster, plus you are giving your body a treat which makes it happy
