We did ours through a tour guide we found on trip advisor called "Almiza Tours by My Friend Mario" it was around $70 per person I believe for a half day tour.
Great Video! I will be going to Panama soon and might take the Mario tours. How did you guys get in touch with Mario. E-mail doesn't work and I can't call Panama from Canada unless I pay lol.

It was a half day tour. They offered one in the morning and one in the afternoon noon.

For us, we were able to contact the company and set up our tour through trip advisor. Hopefully that works for you too!
