- And so we continue the list, ending off D tier with udonna, Movie Rita and V2 Tommy, then moving on to C tier with Kendall, Putty and Ryu! These 6 still have to deal with the the current meta of tommy and scorpina, though how well do they fair against Kira? Well depending if people are even using her with those 2 running around is the question, anyway this Tier List was provided by Tanguy on the PRLW Subreddit.

sometimes, a whole comeback just can happen beacuse of a bad rotation for the foe. this makes things interesting actually, but, it's also most of reasons that people rage for this game a lot. lol
I mean still, nway won’t reveal why, the fact it causes that is the whole problem. “Ok I need a block in this slot”, proceeds to to get the same assist that isn’t a block over and over

I mean, yes and no, you can tell who is broken from seeing a few things or checking what is going on with ladder, in this case we see stuff what each can do :)

From what I know, the tier list isn’t individually ordered, meaning akuma is just as much of an A tier that Blake is
V2 tommy must be buffed atleast reduce that block cost it's 7 really annoying and also slow recovery
The block is too expensive obviously, but about the recovery for it, is barely any since you can dash, you can’t just attack

That's great. I am with nway this time. Adam was became headache for me. I will happy if they do nerf ninja tommy scorpina and doggy. The game will perfectly balanced then.
He needed to be slowed, twin slicer is too much of an issue, also to the one who replied before this, doggie is fair, he isn’t a problem

Why mesogog so bad at C I get he has a pretty not great attack with his brain blast, but in the corner you can use it easily. He for me is A

he's in a low position because he has a weird hit box, which brings horible recobery time with. he has good damage, but, his most effective on ground combo need to start with his focus punch, which is a breaker + brain blast, which has short range, and need to dash in before to land .
Mesogog has many problems, all he actually has is damage, you can time your dash to avoid his breaker, just ignore his primary strike’s first hit since it isn’t a 50/50, his brain blast is slow and his block is just a block, he isn’t as strong as you think, all he has is damage, like ziggy
