Yeah they still think he succeeded though Error would be the most shocked if he ever saw him again and upon seeing him in other videos would be the one who denies that he survived the most because unlike everyone else in the room he's very clear on 404's power and finds that anyone surviving against him to be an impossibility especially someone that even he actually managed to knock down (albeit he was distracted and glitching out) from his blaster and was able to atleast do something other than wait there to die. Well he said that he'll have to use what he learned from the kid. 404 no matter how you look at it (unless you're the Astral Mother) is not a kid by any means. Error was angry at the thought that the kid could potentially be Core Frisk since they're one of the only ones who would even attempt to make contact with Fatal Error and the reason he's mad is because he hates Core Frisk because of all the anomalies they keep safe in the Omega Timeline and the fact that they could've helped Fatal Error become even stronger just pisses him off more.
@@imakegachaclubvideos6323 Unless the strings are the copy of 404's strings then it doesn't make sense why he said "the kid" or that he got them from someone else. Maybe he really meant 404 and by "the kid" he meant to insult 404 and that 404 behaves lika a kid with his actions?
Want to hear the boring answer... They are made by two different animators, so it is definitely CORE Frisk he is referring to. 404 doesn't even use strings.
