Hi it’s certainly worth trying out new activities….thanks for your comment and supporting the channel .. the more more information the better we can our experiences out there 👍
People mostly abuse alcohol to self medicate from depression & Anxiety its tough being sober at times but just think about being hungover or injured from alcohol weigh up the pros and cons and the cons for me are too bad.
Exercise 30 hours a week takes up the time I used to invest in buying consuming and recovering from alcohol abuse. Fitter, healthier, all tests run by my MD are in the normal range life is good.
It kind of funny. I found myself not bored after I quit drinking. I put to use all my music producer skills again. Busted out all those synths and stuff I bought over the years. Picked up acoustic guitar again. Hike on the weekends. Watching weird movies. Playing tons of video games. My work week eats up a lot of time. If anything it's done the opposite. But I can see how drinkers can get bored after they quit, especially if they don't have things around them they feel passionate about. That's got to be rough. I'm just fortunate I picked up music at an early age. Without it, I'm scared to see what my life would of ended up like in the multi-verse. Thanks for another great video, Mr. Steven!
Hi there .. Great story thank you ..I agree boredom can be an issue …I was fortunate that I focused on getting fitter and was a gym member …I also listen to a lot of music and played bass guitar as a teenager…I often feel like trying it out again… thank you for subscribing to my channel and for your support 👍
I dont get bored at all now since i gave up 6 months ago things like exercise 6 days a week cooking meals food shopping tidying house gardening all these things i should have been doing when drinking but never got done. I even enjoy doing these things which before i rushed them so i could get back to drinking. Thank god i gave up there is no going back for me.

You’re right, it's a fact that quitting booze not only makes your world a better place to be in, good things start to “magically” happen and the energy is insane! Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.
Boredom is definitely a major issue for me particularly on weekends. Thanks for this advice
