I emailed the owner recently and he explained that the wool-bamboo mattress cover was much sturdier than the cotton cover. What I'm considering is to order the 8" springs and the 3" xtra firm dunlop latex to put in the mattress bag/cover and then do the 3" medium Talalay for a topper before adding the sheets.
Is there a way to order this substituted with cotton mattress cover without paying exta ?

This company is a scam. We bought the whole system and within 3 months we had dips in both sides of the bed. Emailed them... no reply.
This video is extra useless. I mean really what is the point of this video? It discourages people from buying a latex mattress.
