    The card details provided by you could not be validated. There could be one of the following reason of unsuccessful validation :
    ATM card is not active.
    One or more card details provided by you are incorrect.
    Account mapped to your card is not the same account. Bro this problem after not showing enter new posword

      You answered your query bro.
      Check if your card is active or not. Just the expiry date and check if you are able to do any transaction using that card.
      And check if you are using the same card which is mapped or connected to your SBI account which you are trying to access.

    Hello!
    So i can't seem to log in to my yono sbi. The only way i have access to my account details is through net banking. But recently everytime i log in through it, it directs me to a page where it asks me to set a new Profile password as the old one has exprired. However i don't remember the old one and there's no other link available to help with this. Please tell me what to do!!

      Login into your Netbanking using Web browser and change your Profile Password.

    After putting all of my details im getting the same page at 2.14 again and again i tried clearing my browsing history too but its not working can u help me?

      Yes, I see the same problem. After giving all the details, it just comes back to details page again. It does not give the OTP page. It does not give any error, just comes back to details page. I tried to reach out to customer service and it seems that this process needs to be done in office hours only! i find that amuzing since online activities are independent to office hours! Unfortunately no support.

      I usually make the videos in midnight. So, the office hours have nothing to do with this error.
      1. Try clearing browsing history, cookies and cache.
      2. Try updating your browser.
      3. Try with a different browser.
      4. Check if your internet connection has a good speed.
      5. Try with a different internet connection.

      As long as you are not sharing your information anywhere else except official SBI Portal or YONO SBI App, you are pretty safe.

    Hi sir
    I am facing one problem
    After providing all info in the pop-up window I'm not getting an OTP window and neither getting the OTP on my mobile number
    What to do??

      If you are using Yono App, try to see if there is any pending update for your Yono App.
      If you are using Internet Banking, it may be because of server overload. You can try after some times. It will work. If the problem still persists, try to use another Internet Connection.

      Valid Thru likha hoga. Uske age ko date likhi hai vahi hai
