You are doing my boy flamewaker dirty. He absolutely saves my ass on every PVE map with tanky swarms. As a f2p player that is right now doing maps 2 levels higher than my average unit level, spells just don't cut it because of the breakpoints and this guy gets me 10+ gold of value whenever I deploy him, eating up footmen for breakfast.

@@Minimanlow1sure. I agree that on 80% of the maps he's kinda irrelevant, but when he is good he allows you to punch way above your weight class. I find that for f2p it's much more about having these hyper specialised units that carry you than having a consistent well upgraded army!
@@dennischen2642yes and no. Pyro is much better all-rounder while flamewaker is a lot better Vs ranged backline and long stacks in general. If I had to use one deck forever, I would 100% use pyro. But when flamewaker is good he solo wins you a stage

Btw. If you stun anything the aggro resets. So if a unit like lets say huntress is being attacked by a enemy not in melle with her. What u can do is use an unbound like quilboar and summon it right on top then use chain to stun the mob. This resets the aggro and makes the boss target quilboar instead.

I think it is very noteworthy, how amazing execute is in the Dungeon PVE content, 50% of the healer and the two adds on the sides in the final level. And then the 10-20% damage on bosses provides the reach for a stall out+it just makes early player dungeons so easy (not sure how good it is as we level up), but I hit a wall at level dungeon 8 and immediately was able to push Sneed to 12+ wiht that move.
Agreed! There are a lot of heroic maps that I would just defend and execute spam. Its very easy to do when you can keep your execute at even level with the content or higher, but as soon as it starts falling behind, the damage really drops off. Thanks for watching!

When it comes to PvP, I'd put Firehammer into B. I absolutely love Tauren, one of my favourite units, S tier for me. Whenever I actually get into a situation where I can use Living Bomb in PvP, it's huge. At least C tier for me.
The game is kinda fun. I wonder though is the p2w element like Hearthstone, where spending money will significantly speed up your progress, but you will still be able to do well?

This may be a hot take, but I would put a giant asterisk beside Whelp Eggs being in S-Tier. I think they are absolutely S-Tier only with Flame Burst. A lot of F2P players will not see talents on their minis. I got Whelp Eggs based on many recommendations and was super underwhelmed with their performance out of the box. Theyre still good, like low A-Tier or high B-Tier, but there are other minis that plug and play better. With Flame Burst, S-Tier no doubt. There are a few more minis I feel this way about. Definitely some that deserve to be in A or S, but only with their respective best talent.

Everyone raves about Harpies but I can't get them to work yet. I am pre talents though. Same goes for Huntress. She is so expensive to what output I get out of her.
combine harpies with quillboar. place the quillboar behind the target right before harpies come in range. This is enough to take tower alone if undefended, also does massive boss damage if harpies goes unanswered

Such a great thing that you put pve and pvp side-by side. Will definitely look out for more videos from you. However I want to give some feedback regarding the video length. With it being 40 minutes (20 even in 2x), I wouldve preferred if you either go over the units in tier order (so S tier first and so on) or spent less time talking about the minis as if we are seeing them for the first time. This way Im tempted to just skip to the end and look at the S and A tier units, which is a shame because i was curious about a few indiivual minis and your more in-depth thoughts on them, however its frustrating to pin-point when exactly you are talking about a single certain one.

Love the list! Best one in the net, but why is footmen B but grunts D? They tank for longer and do more dps especially vs elemental. Strong in beast comps especially
Good question! Footmen are tankier because they have armored, where grunts don't. There are 4 footmen and only 2 grunts, which means you get more value out of holy nova and tirion heal when healing the footmen. Grunts do more damage, but only just slightly, and prowler does the same in beast lists but for only 3 gold. Thanks for the question, I appreciate you being here ❤️
@@Minimanlow1 Getting more value out of the aoe heals is kind of a stat pad in most cases. If aoe is hitting all of them the same, doesn't matter if 1 or 2 or 4 are getting healed. Even though footmen are armored, grunts have more than twice amount the hp and potential to get more tanky with stuff like shaman. And the fury on grunts is not insignificant
Holy nova is super solid for pvp, I use it in my jaina build, and it has a strong case for being playing in a tirion list too. Very good at supporting units 😁 Thanks for watching

Good list, obviosuly don't agree with all of them, especially Flamewaker I believe is much stronger in PvE than C. Some maps it can solo handle the map's objective alone. Chickens are much stronger in PvP and PvE than D tier, even if squishy (but require a special gamestyle). Sort of the same as Living Bomb for PvE which is very niche (you ranked it B tier), some other units are niche as well but strong at it when the requirements are met. Hard to make a balanced list covering all aspects.
I agree, flamewaker is probably B tier in PvE and I judged him a bit too harshly. Would love to see the list you're running chicken in, I bet its wild! Thanks for watching!
I got to start off by saying 100% agree huntress is so overrated in pvp its good but not S tier. In my experience with playing banshee in pvp I probably play it once or twice per game but its in strong situations and can swap the tempo so I believe it deserves A tier for PvP. I know you said at the start of the video PvP is kinda bugged for you but when you can I would love to see how raptors are so good in PvP.
Execute low B is extremely wrong. It lottery Carries half the campaign by just execute cycle and makes dungeons trivial. Low B is dead wrong. That’s an S tier spell right there
While it does do those things, it only does them when it's on level or over leveled for the content you're doing. As soon as execute starts falling behind the level of the content you're pushing, it becomes extremely weak. I do agree though, as I used execute through the entire pve campaign. Thanks for watching!

Try spreading you units out a bit and not over committing too much to either lane. The map should living bomb unless there are a bunch of units grouped together, so focus on taking towers, then play units sparingly and respond to what the map is doing.@@jamesteh3485

I kinda feel like flamewaker is just an inferior pyromancer. Both serve same purpose in a deck, pyro is cheaper and can attack air.

I noticed the argumentation on Harvest Golem and Holy Nova was skipped. Why was Holy Nova good for PVP?
