I've been watching American people's reactions to this collection of the UK's hardest hitting public service ads, and of course, like any sane and decent human being, we're all outraged that stuff like this can still be happening in the 21st century, but I just want to give a massive shout out to all those wonderful actors who made these videos so real and powerful. They're all incredible.

Ladies,i came across your show purely at random. I remember most of these adverts being shown here. Your reactions were priceless, and i think the lady in blue (pls excuse my not knowing your name) has the most wonderful accent. I really want to thankyou you both, even with serious subject matter, your banter really lifted me at a time i desperately needed it. (A very long, upsetting night of sudden triggered heartbreak of loosing my dad i just couldn't snap out of). Just watching & listening to your interactions, added too that accent i have always adored..... u ladies managed to take my mind elsewhere. A genuine, huge thankyou to you both, never underestimate or underappreciate just how much you did for me today,I'm so grateful. Thankyou again x❤

What you might not know is there was a follow up advert to tree after thousands text Show Me to the number given - it showed how to save the child if this happens. There’s a reason these ads are considered the most effective - they saved lives, raised money etc. Personally, I can’t watch the Sarah’s story ad because my grandad died of MND & I almost passed out when I first saw that ad at the cinema in the UK after watching my grandad go through all of that.

I found the Torture by another Name ad most harrowing. More because of recent things in the UK. And the Motor Neurones one. I watched my husbands ex wife, and mother of his children slowly waste away, and it was heart breaking.

@@xeeandcynreacts Motor neurone disease is a rare condition affecting the brain and nerves. It eventually leads to death, but some people live with it for many years.
Symptoms of motor neurone disease include muscle weakness, twitches, slurred speech and difficulty swallowing. The symptoms get worse over time.
Treatment for motor neurone disease aims to ease the symptoms as much as possible. Treatments include physiotherapy, speech therapy and medicines.
Motor neurone disease happens when cells in the brain and nerves, called motor neurones, gradually stop working. It's not known why this happens.

@@xeeandcynreacts to put in prospective, i have witnessed close hand, i moved from london to the north of england, started working for a company, the owner was great guy, but could be harsh if things went wrong, Muchelle was around 50 years old our genral manager, 40 people worked there both men and women, she was the mother of the company, everyones go to, she got motor nueron, she struggle on for a year, but her hands had stopped working, we through her suprise part when she left, but kept in touch, she got worse and moved to a new home with no stairsas her legs no longer worked, we went put new windows in, widened the doors for the wheel chairs, we did it free of charge, she did try to pay, we ran away lol, from the onset to her death was 4 years. there is a huge campaign in the Uk to raise money for this terrible disease, sporting stars, doing marathons, and other stuff to raise awarness and funds for reasearch, its a form of parkinson's, muhammid ali, its similar, but more aggressive. they think it maybe link linked to concushion in sports, alot of ruby players are being affected with it, The only saving grace for the familes, in the long run, All treatment is free, and great treatment through our NHS, a service, that keeps on giving
