I've been watching American people's reactions to this collection of the UK's hardest hitting public service ads, and of course, like any sane and decent human being, we're all outraged that stuff like this can still be happening in the 21st century, but I just want to give a massive shout out to all those wonderful actors who made these videos so real and powerful. They're all incredible.

What you might not know is there was a follow up advert to tree after thousands text Show Me to the number given - it showed how to save the child if this happens. There’s a reason these ads are considered the most effective - they saved lives, raised money etc. Personally, I can’t watch the Sarah’s story ad because my grandad died of MND & I almost passed out when I first saw that ad at the cinema in the UK after watching my grandad go through all of that.

Ladies,i came across your show purely at random. I remember most of these adverts being shown here. Your reactions were priceless, and i think the lady in blue (pls excuse my not knowing your name) has the most wonderful accent. I really want to thankyou you both, even with serious subject matter, your banter really lifted me at a time i desperately needed it. (A very long, upsetting night of sudden triggered heartbreak of loosing my dad i just couldn't snap out of). Just watching & listening to your interactions, added too that accent i have always adored..... u ladies managed to take my mind elsewhere. @@xeeandcynreacts Motor neurone disease is a rare condition affecting the brain and nerves. It eventually leads to death, but some people live with it for many years.
Symptoms of motor neurone disease include muscle weakness, twitches, slurred speech and difficulty swallowing. The symptoms get worse over time.
Treatment for motor neurone disease aims to ease the symptoms as much as possible. Treatments include physiotherapy, speech therapy and medicines.
