you shouldn't discard what's left, you can actually add more water and boil again to get more oil
Good to know!
the stuff thats left is called ricin and its poisonus
I imagined it might make a good body scrub
Great tutorial! It's amazing how much came out of that small amount of seeds. Just be careful with the raw castor seeds and pulp, though. They are extremely poisonous. The poison is cooked away so it's important to follow her instructions on the boiling and temperatures. But be careful with the raw stuff and wash your equipment well after.
Thank you. GOD BLESS YOU.
Wow that was very easy! Thank you!

Where can I get Castor Seed
Powerful video
Must I boil it
Can I sieve it like pap and put the water directly inside the freezer
The paste of almonds is thick and even when sieved and frozen, it will not release the oil to float. The best method is compression using a machine but that will not be homemade again. This is the only method I have seen works for homemade almond oil extraction.
Though the yield is low.
Do you think the essential components are there after all this heat treatment?
Ofcourse
VERY HELPFUL THANK YOU SO MUCH 🫶🏽
Love you
ThNk you, love you too

Hi, yes you can use your nut bag but make sure it’s not too hot as you filter it through or it might melt the bag.
The process is just like coconut oil process
How long does it last for?
Think you free much
Do you use dried seeds or fresh seeds before roasting it?
It's the dried seeds I used
Where can I found it
@@princessbernard6920 where we live the plant grows wild everywhere
@@donicamcarthur2500 were is that
Fresh seeds have more oil. When I crush fresh seeds in my fingers the oil is present. Not so much with just 2 month dried seeds. Use whatever you have available though.
Will the heat not destroy the properties of the oil?
No it won't,castor is a base or carrier oil, which means it really has a high heat tolerance of upto320°c without loosing it's structure or structure, and mind u every seed containing oil, must be heated in other to activate the oil
Hope my explanation is helpful
Keep it up. Great job 👍
Thanks a lot
❤
Great recipe, thank you. How do you store it? in room temperature or the fridge? Thank you.

No please
Hi, where did you purchase the seeds?
I sell this seeds
how much do you sell the seeds for?
100per 1
@@reemahsstores6576 how can i buy the seeds ? what country are you in?
I made this oil but it smells so different from the regular smell of Castro oil pls what can I do
I can't really tell why, mine didn't have that strong earthy smell as well. It could be the type of seeds used.
In my opinion, the smell of the regular one is as a result of roasting for longer time than 20mins. You may want to experiment roasting for about 30 to 45mins or when some of the seeds you're roasting starts popping, before allowing to cool and proceed as guided in this video. It's a great Content and honestly the simplest method by far from my search!
is it sold in igbo market
You mean the castor seeds? They can be gotten in a big market where aboki men sell things ,like clove, turmeric, sunflower seeds, zobo, pumpkin seeds. etc.
Or simply check a shopping mall near you
Its ogiri seed😊

Where is the poison area of castor's?
There are two elements. 1. Upon seeding an RTA chain drops that kills surrounding plant life. RTA 123345 (by recall of case study I believe that was the identification.) Secondly, the ricinus is within the bean. The poison can kill at three micrograms. 32% have partial immunity, and in cases of poisoning average 20 years. Poisoning reflects bile production increase and dramatic loss of creatine production. If poisoned, it may kill within 72 hours. Should one survive 72 hours the average expectancy is 20 years.
Is the waist poisonous?
S.
500 degrees to kill the ricinus. 120c isn’t enough.
And yet people the world over use cold pressed castor oil
@sogeyinbomorooph.
But I was told sometimes that it is a poison to animals if the leaves is eaten.
Thank you. GOD BLESS YOU.
You are the best
Just like doing the coconut oil. Freezing really cut the cooking time by separating oil from water.
