    chocolate cake with condensed milk Ingredients
    • 100 g butter (at room temperature)
    • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
    • 1 tin condensed milk
    • 3/4 cup of milk (Boiled and cooled at room temperature)
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour (maida)
    • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    Making chocolate cake with condensed milk in an OTG oven:
    1)Take out 100g of butter and let it soften at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
    2) Preheat the oven: Turn on your oven and set the temperature to 180°C (350°F). Let it preheat for 15 minutes while you prepare the cake batter.
    3) Grease the cake mold: Brush the inside of the cake mold with oil to prevent sticking.
    4) In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until the sugar dissolves. This will take a few minutes with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
    5) Add the condensed milk, cooled milk, and vanilla essence, and mix well. Place a sift over it.
    6) Sift the flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
    7) Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently with a rubber spatula until just combined. Do not overmix! You want to avoid a tough cake.
    8) gently tap the batter against the side of the bowl a few times. This helps to remove any large air bubbles.
    To bake the chocolate cake in an OTG oven:
    9) Pour the batter into your greased cake mold.
    10) Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degree C for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    11) Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan, demold and enjoy!
    OTG Cake baking tips
    1) If you don't have a mixer, you can cream the butter and sugar together by hand using a whisk.
    2) Make sure your oven temperature is accurate. An oven thermometer can help you check.
    3) Don't open the oven door too often while the cake is baking, as this can cause it to fall.
