Thank you for your comment :) I hope this video has given you some confidence to investigate any issues that happen with your machine, saving you some money! :)
Thank you so much for this. I’m needing to replace the solenoid that is tucked behind everything on the back 🥴 so it was really good to see all of this. Now I know what sort of work I have ahead of me.
nice video, I need to replace some tubing for my water tank to the flow meter, and flow meter to the pump manifold, any idea where I can buy new parts (in the US)? having a hard time sizing the right ones that are flexible enough.
Thank you for your comment :) it may be a struggle to find the correct pipe, however it might be worth visiting some plumbing stores with the pipe to compare the size of the pipes bore to others, also use cable ties to keep it secure :)
When you take the back panel off, there are 2 black wires that connect back to a circuit board. That , in conjunction with the “floating bit” in your water tank, is your magnetic water sensor system.😀
I think one of them is an air pump for automatic milk steaming and the other a pressure switch
great video; I have one of these machines and I want to take it apart and understand it better

Very educational video! Thanks for sharing :)
Thanks for watching 😊
Was hoping to see if there is fuse somewhere accessible. Mine won’t turn on

Is it normal for the tubes that channel the heated water to the grouphead to be plastic?
Yes that is the standard, a lot of machines use plastic pipe nowadays, probably because it's cheaper than copper 🙂
Do you know where the magnetic water level sensor is housed? I'm having issues with mine.

Do you know what? You're a bloody legend mate 🎉
