could you make a video on how to learn to walk after a long period of no weight bearing? How to walk from part weight bearing to full weight. How to fight with fear to put more weight. And could you talk about the approximate timing of putting more and more weight until you reach full weight?
I will but it won't come out soon - perhaps this video can help - I explain how to shadow walk and gradually ad more weight to your foot in it. Shadow walking and getting used to that normal pattern while still using crutches is a brilliant way of getting your mind ready for walking. Came across this video after having some problems with my ankle. Had to wear a crash helmet because the band hit my face and again fell down on my face doing the balancing board. Just joking. Pretty good stuff. Your presentations are top-notch Always..
