Divine will sounds right because they say saints when they do miracles going beyond occult planes but actually abiding in pure consciousness have no ego bound to those occult powers unlike those who only gain occult powers but are still bound to mind and its karma and ego. So saints merged in God do as per divine will. It just happens through them not by them so ego practically doesn't exist in them as it does in us. They see self everywhere
