  • This is a really nice little museum of the original town train depot built by the Greeley, Salt Lake and Pacific Railroad during the sugar beet boom of the early 20th century. The depot was opened in 1882 as a combination depot for both freight and passengers.
The museum grounds also include a very unique caboose and various buildings gathered from around the area from that same era preserving the local sugar beet boom history.
The staff person at the museum was great she really she knew all about the area and had a real connection to the history because her grandfather was one of the many German immigrants who worked the beet fields.
