congrats sa new role :) i'm a visa 190 holder (7yrs in the making pero offshore) nagrant lang kami this year January 2024. we got the pre-invite January 2023, final invite Feb 2023 and yes it took a year para magrant. baka different situation kasi offshore kami pero based din sa trends na nakikita namin, medyo matagal yung grant after invite. this is just to give information based on our experience. so baka pwedeng mapush ulit yung work visa sponsorship in the mean time if ever makuha mo yung invite this year :)

I have medicare. Dental is not covered unfortunately . May cover ang dental only for kids with specific age bracket. Eye check is free but contact lenses or eyeglasses is out of pocket. Sa pinas ako bumili ng eyeglasses. Pero sa Au ako bumibili ng contact lense. Pagmay medicare ka and you need to see specialist u pay in advance and get rebate. Ngpa dental ako sa pinas at ang aussie partner ko dahil sobrang mahal dito.

Sa pinas po ako nagpapabili contacts pag may magpupunta dito kasi mas mura dun 😊

parang dental and optical d kasama sa Medicare pero yong mga seniors at mga bata case to case basis walang bayad, kaya uwi ako ng pinas mas mura at ang gagaling ng mga dentista.
By the way mag reklamo ako sa PM dito bakit ikaw bulk billing ako dito na tumubo ipen ko at nalagas nag babayad ako not fair😂😂😂😂😂

Kakagaling ko lang din ng dentist sis. Hindi kasama insurance coverage namin (OHSC) kaya nakakaiyak

Lol! What an advice. Medicare sa public yan kung mga dental ang papagawa mo. Kaya nga may private insurance para option for private health providers.
