I've been suffering with tinnitus for years now and the sound of the rain is the only thing keeping me from going insane ☔️
A month ago I had no idea what tinnus was. I found out about it recently and decided to do some investigating. Based on what I gathered, that is something no one should have to live with and the emotion effects that comes with it is even worse.
I too suffer from the inner ear ringing. Discovered that the rain channels/videos finally allow me a full night's sleep. Love them.
When I was a teenager, I would go out and walk in the rain. The gentle whispery sounds helped me relax, focus, and meditate. It was the only therapy I had for what troubled me back then. I am currently 59 years old and still enjoy that practice.
This really helps with my tinnitus. The ringing has been with me 24/7/365 for over thirty years. That would have driven most people insane by now. As far as the sounds in this video, Take it for what it is described as being. It is like anything that calms and regulates like white noise.
