My only issue with it in this homeworks universe is they're going to see the smoke from the planes engines so you'd be able to shoot it with a main gun
i was thinking at the beginning, this reminds me of the Japanese i-400 submarine. Then 2 seconds later i see the entire thing and i was like thats the actual Japanese i-400 submarine. btw the planes are historically inaccurate.
The fact that they made it a self assembling sub to get around the workbench constraints is impressive but it probably wouldn’t win against a battleship lol
@@thatoneultramarine208with torpedos and a skilled crew the battleship would easily be sunk to the bottom. Also launch the planes as kamikaze or distractions so you can easily destroy the battleship

After fully watching this video and seeing how this sub works, i can give you a bit of advice on how to properly run it. 1.When you dive, turn on the electric generator, that will help you run the electric motors that also turn the prop. When you’re under water since the gas motor won’t work, or work as well underwater, with limited air. 2. If you are planning on making a 2-part series of getting “revenge” by erradicating those creatures, id suggest you bring another friend on that next video to fly one of the planes as close airsupport when u surface near any creature Anyways I enjoyed the video, and would like to give props to the creator of this beauty, loved the design. Thank you very much :)
Something crazy is I found this exact same model of aircraft carrier submarine and I was able to speed run launching opening the door and getting planes out in two minutes flat
The I-400, I-401 and I-402 (according to Google 3 were completed, 18 were planned) it was 2 submarines in 1 with a hanger carrying 3 A6M saipan planes with 2x250kg bombs used to bomb New York if I remember correctly, but they were eventually detected by the US they captured 1, from what I remember one submarine was allowed to return and the US studied the submarine and at the start of the cold War the US blew it up because they were afraid the USSR / soviet union (whichever at that time) would get their hands on it.
The history of the I-400 is amazing and potentially terrifying
