I try so hard to cut straight lines, and I had even been under the impression that the more you do, the better one would get. Nope, not yet anyways, and its been decades. I am just so happy to hear an honest crafter that I couldn’t help but hit the like and subscribe button. Thank you for these great ideas; I look forward to trying them in the next few minutes. Be well and stay smiling 🎈
ADORABLE! I was looking for happy mail ideas and here you are! 😍 Great ephemera folder -- do you have videos on how you made that and all you have inside???
I'm not that great at cutting either, but I found that looking to where you going to cut rather than exactly where you're cutting keeps your scissors on the chosen path. 😁
Just discovered your channel. Love this idea! I love flat inserts for my journals, so this is perfect. I just made two flat pockets ("library pockets") by cutting the 6x6 in half and having such fun decorating them! Thanks for the inspo, looking forward to checking out your other vids!
That's awesome! I have found so many uses for these after I made a bunch. My daughter also had this 6x6 booklet she got while touring art schools which was filled with artists pages which made beautiful paper for these. Thank you for watching!
My Epson ET will only print small photos borderless - I only bought it because it said "borderless"! 😡 Great happy mail items, loved being creative with you today ♥️
Just want you to know you are not alone on cutting a straight line more like lack of!!! I too CAN NOT cut straight to save my life or my child’s! And not even on score marks! Let’s just say lots of projects have and do get Janked up and lots of do overs!!!😀 oh had to come and add this as well! I cannot even cut with a trimmer it’s horrible!! Lol
I enjoyed watching the video, and have watched others as well. I'm not a scrapbooker so am at a loss as to what exactly these are used for. Can you and/or others tell me what I could market them as at craft fairs and vendor events?
Glad it was helpful Barbara. These are for what has been coined "Happy Mail". It is the revival of Snail Mail/Pen Pals. Since it is thin it takes little postage which is a pain point for many sending mail back and forth. They are also good for journals or just to send to friends or family in the mail with little gift cards in them etc. Hope you'll stick around for some more ideas!
Those are so cute!!! 🥰 I love Sandy too. 😎TY!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Just discovered your page. Loved this! ❤❤❤ ❤❤ I’ve already made 10 by the end of the video. Much embellishing still to do. Brilliant ideas, thanks!
I stink at cutting a straight line. Also. I really enjoyed watching this video. I will be watching again and making along with you. 💜🦋

Welcome new subbie! So happy to have you here and glad I am not alone in these perfect imperfections. ❤️
I love the simple small projects to use as gifts, etc. Nice project, well done. For cutting straighter lines, see if using longer blades is helpful.
Great idea! Thanks for stopping by the channel.

Not for what is inside specifically, but this is the video for the Pockets. Enjoy!

How did you make your book for your embellishments
I have a few videos in my playlist of ephemera holders. Different types. You can check them out and see how I made them.
what glue are you using? that tip looks awesome!
Art Glitter Glue. The tip is FABULOUS but it does clog up from time to time.
What size are the 2 hole punch are you using?
1 3/4" Punch and 1 1/8" Punch. Thanks for stopping by. =)
Do you know
Laurie on the ridge? I think she is in New York also
Theola
I do not. I will check her out though. Is she on UA-cam? A crafter?
Lighting has glare/too bright but otherwise nice tutorial.
Sorry for that. Thank you for stopping by.
