Such a cool move. I just dont get the pinching part. Moving my arm back and forth creates no momentum and it's a bit frustraiting.. Maybe ill give it a try withaut shirt xD
Thanks for this! Could you do a tutorial for the move that starts as a reverse escalator, then looks like a thigh pinch but the hoop goes all the way back up? I hope that makes sense lol

Try moving your elbow more “up and down”

C. N oh yes! I think you’re talking about thigh breaks? Idk what they are called but that’s what I call them. I will get on that!!
