This woman and her beautiful voice has has helped me through so. so much in these last 10 years more than any band/singer ever has. Her lyrics are so meaningful and beautiful. I would love more than almost anything to meet her, I have always loved her voice and musical ability. Such gorgeous music, I don't know what I would have ever done without her. I love you Amy!

Karla DiBenedetto i put this song on because im a depressed lost person or at least lost in my mind. I was super hurt today because i lost someone i loved more then myself and that person is very suicidal so now that they are gone im going crazy.

Whenever I feel numb, I listen to Amy and I just feel again. Even when I say Im too hurt to cry I just feel numb, Amy’s voice transforms my numbness to tears. I could cry to her music for hours, it helps me gain control when Ive felt like I’ve lost it.

This song helps alot... I didnt have much of a childhood... Was raped at 7 and my mom died a slow and horrible death with cancer at 14. Was physically and emotionally abused by my sister ever since... Now that im on my own i feel so numb and almost forgotten what hapiness feels like... I just wish i can go back and enjoy what little happyness i had in life...
But you rose above that. I applaud you. Happiness will come in time.

i still remember the scent of the flowers after a moderate amount of rain fell the the day before with the crisp air and subtle scent of the soil with the perfume of the flowers. this with the church bells really brings me back to my childhood

Evanescence help me a lot with everything. Without evanescence I don't know where I would be. Amy Lee seems as though she is singing to me. I went through a phase of my life where I understood every word but now my mind is empty and I don't feel that way anymore. I will love evanescence forever. Even when I can't understand the true meaning. The good part of evanescence is that every song touches you, whether you know the meaning or not. Lets hope evanescence release another album! :)

Song is beyond awesome, when we are adults and we see the world with no filters, we want to go back to being little kids, who think we know everything but have no clue about the real world as it is.

I feel, like I'm looking at myself as a child like seeing him walk away from me slowly as the world goes from a field of flowers to a dark rainy city, it's raining and I'm clinging to my gun leaning against the wall of a brick building, I don't want to keep doing this, no more bullets, no more blades. I want to be that child again. That boy who even though his life was one of solitude, even though he was hurt and full of pain. He had his imagination to escape to. It wasn't much but there he could be what he wanted. As stupid as this will sound I feel like I'm right there as Amy sings, like she's saying "I know how you feel." Sorry about the whole...whatever you want to call this, I'm just expressive and all.
