That is so sweet that you are able to exchange milk with your sister. I just stopped breastfeeding after five years (I breastfed my first for 2 years and my youngest for about 2 years 9 months) several months ago. The hormonal shift is crazy.
I’m preparing for a work trip this week as well and this will be the first one that I’m not worried about is expressing or leaking. What a new era this is for me!

I am so blessed that she was gracious enough to share. Definitely did not take that for granted! -- That's amazing that you were able to breastfeed them back to back. I know how HARD that is and honestly, we deserve a medal just for our commitment because it's no easy feat. I am getting close to my end here and I know that when that comes, it'll be bittersweet.
