You can't do a "direct wire", we were sitting on Discord for at last 20 minutes while the video was being recorded troubleshooting the motor trying to get it to burnout on AC power, and we came to the conclusion that it's actually a DC motor that uses a DC to AC converter in order to work.
You do realize shops contribute to this right? A lot of my stuff comes from places where most of it's being thrown away due to issues. And I donate money for them.
