I appreciate the job you do, shutting down these so-called call center's. Working in cyber, All I can tell you is that one company has 10's of companies linked so the server is just transferred to another. so even if u shut down one call center, they will run it through other company server it's a vast extensive scale. And there even exist some scams that you cannot even escalate hope AI and we hackers could do something about this. that's sad but it's the TRUTH.

I haven't heard of this scam as yet but I probably will Amazon scammers called me yesterday say my premium has expired I'm not even a prime member I blew a whistle in the phone hope it hurt there ear they shore hung up quickly keep up the good work take all these scammers down lock them up in jail

Yo this happened to me on a Volvo engine. They sent the engine but it was shot with no compression. Ate the 1150 I got charged.
I still remember the stream deeveeaar did where its this same scam and the scammer goes to write on the engine in marker to prove its real. Spoilers: the Microsoft Paint wasn't convincing at all.

These idiots don't realize that anyone buying a used engine for a modern Mercedes, let alone most cars, would want to know the info/numbers of the donor car. You can't just swap out a small block Chevy with another small block Chevy like people used to do in the old days.
And 95% of vehicle owners don't have a clue what's entailed to swap engines out. Your "LUCKY" if you find a replacement engine that will drop in your vehicle. With Europeon vehicles, RARELY will you find an exact replacement. An American Car/Vehicle, you have a better chance of matching one up, like maybe a 12% chance. But don't get your hopes up.
After 40 years in the business, I have seen many scams in my career. If an insurance company was forcing the vehicle/policy owner to put used parts on their vehicle, I made them sign a contract. Myself, my employees, and my company was not responsible or liable for parts that don't operate properly after installing it in the policy holders vehicle. And it happened on a Mercedes my technician put in a vehicle.
They accused us of everything in the book. The engine wouldn't turn over. It was froze up. All we did was swap the engines out. After the MB sat at my shop for 3 months, they sent someone to come pick it up. I have no clue what happened after they picked it up. FYI,

@@LiPo5000 Exactly. Few people will even do a swap for you in modern times. Last one I did, and LAST, was for a friend who got a burned transmission for his car. The fact that it most likely was functional before the fire almost made it a better bet than any used one, other than one a known good low mileage vehicle which they would have charge for. Changed out all the servo cover seals which appeared to be the only parts heat damaged, and bang it locked right up when put into gear. I quickly determined that the governor gear had melted off, and was able to fish it out with a wire and swap his governor out and all was fine and it lasted for years. Reality is that's the kind of dice you roll in a swap. The fact that a transmission from a car fire is as good of a bet as any used one shows how iffy used powertrains are. We had one recycler who sold known good low mileage powertrains, and charged top $$. The rest just say "oh yeah its all good and was tested" like the Indian scammers would.
