Nothing will ever become of downtown Jacksonville until they get rid of the Sulzbacher Center, The City Rescue Mission, Trinity Rescue Mission, Partnership For Homeless, Clara White Mission, New Life Inn and all of the homeless bums and drug addicts who are being bussed into downtown by out-of-state NGOs.
The event last night was great. 2025-2030 will be looked back on as the transformative era of jax
I miss the all the music venues that are gone, i miss my skate parks, welcome to rockville. Born and raised here and I’ve felt this place has been dying these past 5 years, and plenty of other people who grew up here feel the same way. You’re turning this city into something for middle and upper class to enjoy but none of the city officials care about the people who live here. They just want to attract people from out of state to come and raise the value of this turd. Reasons like that is why my mom can no longer afford her own apartment.
Stop complaining and get off your butt and do something. You looking for a handout or Section 8 housing complex?

Will y’all put LED lights on the matthews bridge 🌉 🙄 this city let Louisville … Nashville … even Dallas … Houston … New Orleans all light and gloom their bridges at night …. Jacksonville bridges are so dark and dull city of bridges and does nothing put no show on for the bridges this is a country bumpkin town backwoods hick town just build garages and redevelopment old 1900 buildings
