After second kid I unable to bare stress with both kids and work so I just took break. Its almost 5 years. I'm in process of bounce back to my journey. Hi sudhaarsini, i have one kid worked in Bangalore as IT engineer...by god grace i got flexible working hrs so some how managed it ...but now shifted to Singapore bcos of husband job.. looking for job here..my problem now is bcos of financial commitment need to go for job i am worried my daughter will lonely another thing is i want to have another kid ..its too late 1st kid is 9yrs ... Dont have family support ..so i am in dilama what to choose..

Most of the situations I can relate to you I have 16 months baby but I am doing wfh with my manager permission for some months but we have no plans when my manager calls me to office also it takes one and half an hour to the office from my home so we don't know what to do. but wfh also not easy without support especially during the meetings sometimes my baby cry during the meetings. We cant tell anything to them We kept 4 cameras in my home its helping us a lot . After seeing so many struggles we decided not to have 2 baby now and we ll plan after 3 years atleast

I removed my comment sister. I felt bad yesterday only for keeping that kids should not be left with maids or dropped in day care. There was a scientific study that kids feel mentally stressed especially for first 3 years when we are not around and first 2 years they cannot even express their pain, which I studied somewhere in medical articles. It is purely my opinion. Situations might be different for all and as we are anyway working for kids future I can understand it as I am also working for a company from past 9 years, but ofcourse work from home. I dont have my mom, she passed away at my 18. My mother in law helped my first kid and from corona perod it is work from home for me. I am really sorry for hurting you.
