When u buy the gold pass at lvl 0 it stays at lvl 0 only, in order to max it u need to complete missions or buy Additional levels which costs extra money after buying the pass. Hope u got it !!

No, u wil just be receiving the stuffs which are on gold pass too along with the free pass. If u wish to max the gold pass u have to buy levels too or complete it manually by doing missions. In this video Gold pass was bought after completing all missions and maximising the level...
In simple terms, U have to buy Additional levels after buying the gold..pass, which will cost u additional price if u haven't completed all the missions and max out the pass..

Nah, its impossible but if you got the gold pass you can shop more lvl, $1.5 per each one level
