    Looks nice, I really like the design.
    You should leave steel hardened though. I suspect it's M2/HS6-5-2C as usually used if going for a sawblade knife and needs a rather complex heat treatment to work properly. With its high annealing resistance, it's a high speed steel after all, there's no problem working on it with power tools in hardened state if it's cooled in water from time to time. It'll keep its 64HRC and a finer grain and carbide structure pretty good that way.
