- In this video, I’ll be sharing with you the steps I took to migrate to the US as a nurse from Jamaica.
In the video, I mentioned that the English test I did is called the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The other test I was referring to is the IELTS (This one is more common).

I understand you taking English test because they do same thing with citizenship they ask you questions in English then ask you to write a sentence in English at first it did not make sense to me but I realize it generalized part of the process no one is excluded

I am very sure Jamaica needs you.
But, money is more powerful than loyalty.
Funny enough bcuz that need is not reflected in the salary, and that need, cant pay bills.

Hi dear. I did not do an infection control course. The child abuse course was done after taking NCLEX.
Interstaff is now requiring 1yr

It wasn’t. The agency provided a preparation guide which helped a lot. Practice, practice, practice! And you’ll be good.

So u worked as a nurse in ja for 3 years
How many days did it take interstaff to contact you back after signing their contract.i am asking because after signing the contract, they told me that my processing officer will get intoch with me soon but this exactly 7days I received the message and they are yet to get back to me.
