Full doom oriented build, priority has:
1. Doom damage and chances
2. Critical hit chance up to 100% or more if rarity bless you
3. Poison chance, at least 1
4. Poison to Doom
5. Bleed chance, at least 1
6. Bleed to poison
7. Any on crit status applications
8. Critical damage, at least 1k
9. All forms of area increase/damage increase that benefit shadow skills
