My favorite not on your list is a fake book/dice tray...yup, the fake books you get at hobby shops, are usually felt or fabric lined, make good dice trays, and can even in some cases hold a small game when you travel so will fit in a game bag.
Great stuff guys, very nice variety of suggestions. Gift a couple of months membership to your local board game cafe or an expo ticket 👍 Re Oink games you MUST try Startups it is a solid card game. Also one Oink game that rarely gets a mention but our group has really enjoyed is In a Grove. Really neat, quick and interesting deduction/bluffing game.
Love it mate! Board game cafe / local game shop voucher of course would be a great gift as would tickets to board game events. Great suggestions. I will have to check out Startups, lots of love for it that I've seen around
Awesome. I've been waiting for this for a while. Last year's version is how I found you guys. Glad you were able to shout out more of the south coast cartel you're building down there. Since the Dice Board Game Lounge in Worthing closed you've ended up recruiting so many people. I enjoyed the moment the mask slipped around 25 minutes in and there was a brief moment that I didn't have to pretend I was considering spending £63 on the The Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle Earth Compatible Game Organizer for someone else. It's why the Board Game Table from last year wasn't as crazy as you made it sound in this video. Please try to put out next year's version of this before the Cyber Monday deals are gone though. I did rewatch last year's video a week ago so I could screenshot things for people asking what to get me. I think you guys do this kind of video better than any other board game channel out there.
My man! We were thinking about BlackFriday/Cyber Monday but unfortunately I’ve been away for work and we didn’t managed to rec on time. Next year we’ll defo try to get a Black Friday special maybe! Thanks again for your support during the last year! Really appreciated!!
I really enjoyed this video especially the deluxe tokens part. I had no idea that some sites sold these add-ons, quite an interesting discovery. NB. Loving the smooth shiny domed Wayne. 😉👌🏼
UA-cam really wants to nuke this comment if I use certain words. Reconsider the thing you had a disclaimer about. There's very little downside to Amazon. Recommendations in that system are great because people can navigate away from your recommendation and it still works. So people might begin their Christmas shopping at your recommendation every time, despite not even shopping for a single board gamer. One downside is they used to make you sign up to each different version that you wanted to use. The English speaking ones were the only ones worth it for me, but I didn't have global viewers.
@boardstupiduk It's a simple economic game, with subtle strategy. Definitely not the highlight of gaming, but I like to play it sometimes. Insider Black is cool for 7 and 8 players, because the traitor has an accomplice, to distract the town.
@@boardstupidukRewriting this comment. Don't know where it went. Anyway, Startups is a simple economic game, with a subtle strategy. It's just an easy game to play. Insider Black is cool, because at 7 or 8 players, the traitor has an accomplice, to take the heat off of them and distract.
Ah nice! Apologies for the late reply, reply notification emails from UA-cam are a bit hit and miss. I like economic style games, one in a tiny oink box might have to be a purchase.

Thank you BGC! Super nice of you to say, as Matt says we will try and do the video next year before black Friday :)

Haha thanks Nazo! So shiny 🤣
@@boardstupiduk I would say perfectly smooth and inked in all the right places. 😉👌🏼

Fair! Just wanted to outline that we aren't being paid by Amazon (or anyone) as part of the video but your point is duly noted.
From Oink, I like Scout, Startups, and Insider / Insider Black.
Insider is great fun and scout is one of my favourite games. I have not played startups, what's it like?
