As an Australian, following your visits into UK police stations, I am deeply saddened at the state of UK policing that we're witnessing. The people staffing the front counter look and behave more like youth club reception staff, and can't even be bothered to stand up to discuss problems with the British public. And we've all seen the double standards that they are applying on the streets. British policing is a sad shadow of what it once was. Its broken. 😢

Got my motorbike stolen 2015.Police had make ,model,reg of van involved.It had a marker on it so they knew the drivers name address etc...They still haven't knocked on his door.
I had a motorbike stolen a few years back and the police didn't do anything, few months later I received a call to court through the door for riding like a lunatic in a city on the other side of the country I've never been to. I had to attend court and fight the DVLA as I'd declared the bike no longer under my possession. I won but it is annoying that they don't go after criminals like it's too much hard work but don't mind wasting my time.

The girl with the dark hair, I got served by her at Radford Road. I wished to make a complaint in regards to two pre-teens breaking into my Grandma's house. I explained to her that my Grandma has dementia and therefore she could not attend - I was there on her behalf to make the burglary report. She hardly ever made eye contact with me, looking at her computer screen most of the time which to me said I can't be bothered. Once I had provided what had happened, she just gave me a card with a number on and that was that apparently. Throughout the whole process, she did not seem bothered and when I asked for an officer to speak to, she said that she couldn't get one because they were all out because of a tram incident. What a waste of time.
The 2 women at least know what's going on. The black dude literally doesn't have a clue, sole agenda is to control the situation but has no idea what the situation is.

I'm relieved my work with victims, even a news crew, has discouraged them from reporting serious crimes for over a year. Btw you wouldn't know if someone walks out the doors and interviews rooms that are around reception; please be careful. It's heartbreaking when victims of horrible crimes get cold feet.
