    I love this reckless type stuff. I just use the Dremel to destroy stuff around the house. It’s a great stress relief. I carved up my kitchen table (absolutely crap job) with my initials. I thought it was funny but my wife was pissed

    • @butanebandit
      @butanebandit 4 роки тому +4

      I'm all into reckless myself. I scratched cryptic graffiti into our bathroom mirror and sink using my Dremel and purpose-made bits. Not Dremel-related but I also tagged our brick walls. I now have nowhere to sleep and it's cold.

    I kinda like your little circle cutter for discs. I thought maybe sharpening the end of a pipe, but I your circle cutting jig is better, and easier. Probably don't run the Dremel at full speed with that on it....

    The bit from a lighter is really hard. I use it to drill holes on glass. But the "cutting edge" would clog up if it is used on soft metal like aluminium, copper or brass, even at slow speed. It's too hard and too small to modify the cutting edges. Safely, at least.

    For the sanding disc, why don’t you use a 1” paper punch and a small mm hole puncher? Both available at craft stores. The metal grinder from the lighter was cool.

    • @BengtRosini13
      @BengtRosini13 5 років тому +1

      I think he's trying to do this in a way that doesn't demand spending more money on other tools to make the sanding discs and other accessories. I liked his idea rather than the stupid circle cutter I bought from Michael's that hardly works.

    Your crazy but crazy works lol,.man I have been making knifes alot lately. So I went to walmart got a 20$ dremel tool come with a few grinding stones one cut disk shaft and some sand paper disk .I'm breaking the cut off wheels so fast , I'm cutting slots in deer horn and slots in wood for copper and brass wire inlay . So cheap. And the sanding drum came with like 4 or 5 I used all of them in like 5 min. And then for some reason the shaft on the sanding drum all of a sudden while using it to widen a finger hole in soft metal bent so fast it now looks like an alen wrench . Didnt come with metal filling things . So what's the best way , can I make somthing work that's better quality.? Or just keep burning up all these cheap ones . I'm frustrated with all of them they really suk. I live 2 hour out in the country away from the closest city . All we have here is a doller store.. now 47 miles away theres an ace hardware, and a Walmart and a Sutherlands.. I will be heading that way to get some more shit for the dremel. I need it to work.for the finer things that a angle grinder cant do . I hate using a file for an hour strait to widen a finger hole.. any suggestion wood be great . I'm on a budget , meaning I'm broke, that's why I have an off brand dremel .( Hyper Tough ) it says. It does have variable speed , that's good. Question when should I use low speed ? I have that baby on high,all the time . Trial and error gets expensive and to far to drive..🙂thanks guys

    The petal nozzle made with your own hands will work up to 3000-5000 revolutions at 30000-35000 it will all break into pieces ! And may God grant you to wear safety glasses. For the manufacture of such attachments, you need glue as in the factories that produce these attachments. Not a glue for Wallpaper.

    I think the grinding stone is dangerous, it's not rated for the high centrifugal force and could easily become a chunk of flying shrapnel. Great idea for the sanding discs though.

    С камнем от зажигалки идея стара как мир, дырокол может быть полезен, а вот нафига заморачиваться с круговым ножом который спокойно берет напильник не пойму, почему не сделать дырокол по диаметру круга? А клеить лепестковый круг это вообще безполезная трата времени, уже давно известна конструкция с прорезями, куда собственно лепестки и вставляются.

    I'm new to Dremels, but this thing has been great. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfPgcZ5_Cl0HDUKkMJAKde11YKQZVgMoR The variable speed is awesome and the cordless aspect makes it so easy to work with. I am constantly finding uses for it that make tasks easier. Recently I put in a new deadbolt on one of our doors. I knew I had to enlarge the hold where the deadbolt goes into the door frame. At first I thought I would have to get a big router and figure out how to use it for that, but then I rermembered we have the dremel. I was able to enlarge the hole almost as easy as if I was drawing with a pen. It's also great for grinding our dog's nails done and so many other household tasks.

    To me it is just a video justifying to yourself why to bought a Dremel tool in the first place and then trying to find something you can do with it.
    I wish I had never wasted my money on a Dremel because it is the most useless power tool I ever purchased. I've used mine twice in the ten years I have owned it and even then it wouldn't do the jobs properly because it was too small and the attachments are just toys.
