    Shoulder crunch
    Time for a new system! The shoulder crunch! We're going to take a look at a specific no-gi control grip where we have the ability to push and pull on our partners upper body simultaneously. From there we can sweep them or go into an even better form of control, pinning their hips and going for different submissions or taking their back. I hope you guys enjoy!

    Your style of teaching is amazing, straight to the point and detailed. Troubleshooting part is really really helpful! Would love to visit your classes whenever I'd go to Holland!

    Shoulder crunch sumi gaeshi from butterfly is a personal favorite of mine. Very nice coverage on the transistion to armsaddle and its various attacks.
