Sorry to hear you are going through this with your expensive chain. First off this is not okay and you should not have to pay to repair this chain nor should you even want to. You need to send this back asap and Las Villas needs to make this rite. Have them send you a shipping label for it. This way the burden is on them if something were to happen (they have insurance for this). Also, this is not a repair job situation! Links pitting and cracking are not good. The whole integrity of the chain is in question at this point not to mention the issue with the lock. They need to make you a new chain and If I were you I wouldn’t settle anything less. Please keep us updated on how this goes!
Las villas has been non responsive. I'm going to wait awhile and get it repaird from my local when its time to have it polished up. Very disappointed bc I was planning on a cuban braclet from them next.
Don't Worry Man, these things happen sometimes and it is not something that these companies don't care about, these Manufacturers pump out thousands of Cuban Links so it is hard to pin point each one, I have bought chains from Daniel Jewelry and Las Villas and have had minor defects on both so remember nothing will ever be perfect my Friend and I am really picky as well
The scariest thing is you know Gus from Las Villas seen this video because it pops up right away. These companies scroll UA-cam for reviews on their Cuban Chains and he choses not to comment and stand behind his work. Gus always seemed like a stand up guy and it’s a shame he chooses to ignore this.

@@rogue1159 sorry about your situation. But that repair shouldn’t be more then 40 bucks. I live in Miami tho.
